This newly formed Company installs, owns, and maintains LED lights on customer’s premises in Brazil. The Company was formed by two seasoned professionals who have over 50 years of financial, advisory, and operating expertise in Latin America and the Caribbean; with a special focus in the country of Brazil.
The Company established strategic partnerships with ESCO’s throughout the country of Brazil to budget, engineer, install, and maintain contracts. The Company will be able to provide special repayment plans to customers (large multi-nationals) because of these ESCO’s partnerships and ExWorks Capital funds.
ExWorks Capital will provide the company funds for installation costs upon completion of installs, which will allow the Company to recycle their cash investment and fulfill their robust backlog.
